It all started from the beginning and I should have known better.
I was told when I moved into my unit that I was the first to ever live in the new unit only to get mail from a prior resident after a few months (I have now hired an attorney and filing to get out of 6 months lease due to decietful practices when signing the lease).
The front office is cold and unkind, never returns calls or questions, doesnt even want to give reciepts for rent payments unless you beg them to and then its like your causing them pain.
Washer and Dryer are the worst appliances possible, even the maintenance man told me they are a joke and I should try to get mgt. to give me new ones (didnt happen).
"Secure gates" for your car and motorcycle are always broken and or left open, several thefts have been reported. Just last week someone stole all the tv's out of the clubhouse.

I'm not too impressed with their "24 hour maintenance guarantee" either.

The fact that an ex-tenant would write a letter should be a big red flag for any future tenant.
