Apartment complex is great place to live if you can afford it.
Maintenance staff is quick and reliable.
Lots of 25-35 year old couples with dogs, very friendly community with a social event around Annapolis every month or so.
Some things a lot of the residents have issues with:
-frequently run out of dog bags at the dog park areas
-maintenance of outside areas could be better (trash pickup, etc)
-Mandy the Prop.
Manager is great, so is Veronica.
Amy is awful.
If you have to see an apartment or deal with someone, schedule it when Veronica or Mandy can help.
Amy just wants to rent the places out and doesn't care to talk with you about details, etc.
She has never been helpful.

I'm not too impressed with their "24 hour maintenance guarantee" either.
