The better question is who does not have mold problems? I am finding that this list might be shorter.

We don't yet, but from what I've found out from neighbors, we're in the newest part of the complex so maybe the moisture just hasn't made it through the walls yet. My understanding is that more than 40 apartments have the problem already.

I don't have a mold problem. However, every tenant I know is moving out soon and the number of tenants moving in has dropped drasticly. Please post your review at http://www.apartmentreviews.net/.
