Other reviews have said it all.

Also, the office personnel annoy me regularly by either falsely promising to have something done, blowing me off, or being borderline rude.

If you want to know more, talk to tenants about their views on certain members of the maintenance staff - trust me, they'll know exactly what to tell you about.

I haven't even been here a full year and I'm just done with them.

I can't wait to move out...too bad really, because we lucked out on the mold issue - so far at least - and I love the look of our apartment.

I re-read my lease the other day. In doing so, I found many contradictions of what the staff tell future tenants and what is actually allowed. And the Washer/Dryer Addendum states not to use concentrated detergent, but the units come with high efficiency front loaders that require it.
