I have been at this property for a little over a year and I enjoy it here.I am proud to call it my home.I use the gym often and cant wait for the pool to open.

Any promblems were addressed that day or the next, the mainteance personel are very nice and helped me moved some heavy things when i moved in.

The management will usually tell me what can be done and I am satisfied with the outcome.

The staff is down to earth and Ive gotten to know them well.I do wish that it could be more of a community here, alot of people wont even say hi as you pass them or see them in the mail room.I highly suggest living here and hope to meet some of the other residents at the pool this summer.

I think if your coworker doesn't move into building 1911 he or she will be fine. I haven't heard many complaints about the 2 buildings along West Street aside from the elevators not always working.

This review is 1 out of a million people who feel fed up with this place!! It doesn't surprise me since your "cleaning business" is being run out of your home?? Why would anyone ship business supplies and inventory to their home on a daily basis? Smells fishy!

There are truly some inherent problems with this community and a lot of it starts with the property manager not handling situations in a timely and adult like manner. Thus, things are constantly broken or not getting done. I have talked with several other tenants and about half are satisfied and half are not. It should not be marketted the way it is because it is an untrue representation of what living here is like.

are you nuts?

I'm SURE this is a Bozutto management posting. I've never met a resident who thinks 1901 is a success.

No I'm not part of Bozzuto, i just get sick of residents who stress about things they do themselves, it happens all the time. I've never lived in any perfect apartment communtiy but i can't find any reason to be unhappy right now. I feel like 1901 has come a long way and the management company does everything they can to make this a home to anyone who wants to live here.

Of course your not part of the Bozzutto Management team, I mean YOU ARE the only one to say anything good about the place.

I also live in 1901 West and I agree with this review. I have lived here for 4 months now and I really like it. The office staff has always been very nice and helpful. I think there are a lot of people that really like living here.

I've only been here a couple months so far, but so far so good. They could be a little faster with the couple minor maintenance requests I've had to put in (one was that day, one took 2 tries and about 2 weeks total to be fixed). There is occasional noise from other apartments (something you expect living in apartments) but it isn't bad. I've seen a lot of complaints on this board about people not cleaning up after their pets...sure it could be better but a puddle or two on a concrete walkway is no big deal and I dodge more doggie bombs when at a park than I do on these grounds (not that this is something where management is at fault- they have stations in a couple places where people can get bags to pick up after their dogs, this is 100% our neighbors, and probably no worse than anywhere else). Will I renew, the jury is still out, but probably (unless I'm ready to buy a townhouse after my year is up, but I probably will renew another year or two before I'm ready). So I guess my bottom line is I agree with the original poster, though if you make the effort I have found a few neighbors who are more than happy to talk to you.

I just moved here, and some of this is true. Residents do not pick up after their dogs, they throw trash everywhere, but what is your suggestion for a solution? Everyone is so quick to diss, but what's your solution? I don't have one, I don't know what they could do. Maybe if people weren't pigs and ignorant, there woulnd't be this problem. People are so quick when something bad happens, but fail to mention the good. Just because you had a bad experience doesn't mean everyone has a bad experience. You are not the center of the world, and there are god knows how many more people to attend to in this complex and in addition, the daily activities. For all you people who are so quick to bash the place, you are probably ignorant and don't realize how a business is ran. Yes, not every place is perfect, but I'm sure most of you are just hard to please. If you want things done your way, save your money and buy a house, then you won't have anyone to blame but yourself. But then again, maybe that's why you rent, because you want to be able to blame someone else.
