Stay Away!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/11/2008 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008   This is not a safe place to live. Numerous auto break ins, thefts, and vandalizms. Lots of foot traffic through here with the neighboring complexes and businesses. Noisy as can be, Chinquapin Round Rd is a major thouroughfare for firetrucks and police cars (SIRENS EVERY NIGHT!). A portion of the complex is subsidized housing (moderate income housing units'), so neighbors will be paying 1/2 the rent you are. Management is in no way reponsive to complaints, trying only to cover their own tails when a dispute comes up, which does not fix any problem. Pitiful washer and dryer units. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away.
