I'm surprised to see all of the negative reviews - I absolutely love living here. The staff is responsive, the apartment is beautiful, the location can't be beat. I had a few maintenance issues when I moved in, but they were taken care of right away. It's great having a Starbucks I can walk to, and there's a new restaurant opening soon. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

Your experience differs from about everyone else living here. 1- I have lived here for 13 months, and they told me about a "restaraunt" when I was moving in so dont get your hopes up. Instead we got a networking company and carpet store. 2-The staff is the worst staff I have ever dealt with, including my college landlord who was a 27 year old alcoholic. I have sent 4 emails and left 6 or 7 voicemails about issues and not one single one was returned. The only time they ever called me was when I gave them my notice of moving out and then it was all about trying to keep me here. 3- the mirrors are a huge problem in the garage and you can buy those at either of the two Home Depots within a mile of 1901 yet there on order for 4 months? Ya right they have no $ and arent going to do anything about it. Same with the "Gated community" Gates have worked for 1/13 months I have been here.

The best thing about this community is the Starbucks. I do agree the apartments look very nice and good layouts. I am glad you have had great service with eminence issues. I am impressed with the 2 new maintenance techs as they are very responsive. Being a few minutes from downtown and the mall is very handy. 1901 West has a ways to go to living up to their claim of being luxury apartments. The best thing about this community is the Starbucks. Safety - hinges on patio and balcony doors are on the outside 2. Mold problems - several affected units and trash chutes; renting out a mold affected apartment less than 2 weeks of previous tenant's move-out date 3. Buildings - the entry gate into Bldg 1911 has been broke for months, starting with a cherry picker knocking a bolt halfway out to an angry resident (due to key fob system not working) pulling it off with his truck; a couple of pool tables have cracks; hallways not being even to allow adequate rain drainage 4. Resident Screening - TVs stolen from the fitness room; pet owners allowing their dogs to roam outside while owner is inside; residents throwing food outside; damaging garage door openers and speed bumps 5. Garage - gates have only worked for a couple of weeks during my tenure (they will be operative again soon); this aided in vehicles being stolen; no mirrors (have been on order for 4 months) 6. Dryers - takes multiple cycles to dry clothes 7. Dishwashers - dishes remain wet after cycle completes 8. Sinks - sprayer faucets break within 2 weeks of use 9. Section 8 Housing - if someone cannot afford rent at an apartment community, he or she needs to find a home within his or her budget 10. Staff - have told new residents they are the first occupants of their apartment; discrepancy of what is permitted by the staff and what the lease actually states; leased a handicapped unit to non-physically handicapped persons; get defensive when an issue is brought to their attention 11. Management Budget - it appears the owners are not giving Bozzuto enough money to take care of some of these problems. I do hope this community will overcome these and other obstacles to live up to or exceed the Bozzuto reputation.
