I have lived here for almost 2 years now - much longer than the overprivledged children who have written bad reviews.
It is a beautiful apartment complex with a responsive and friendly office and maint staff who all go above and beyond the scope of their duties for the residents. Sadly, many of the overprivledged children who live here (undoubtetly at the expense of their parents) are really too incapable of living on their own and occasionally damage property on the community.
If you are an overgrown child who expects your parents to continue to pay your way in life - please do not move in here! If you are a young professional who works hard for a living - this is a great community to live in!! It is small enough that you'll know almost everyone who lives here and the location is excellent!

Weird....does this wesbite postings give ages and the name on rent checks??? Didnt think so! I think your post is rude and disrespectful. you have no idea what anybody does for a living or who pays for what. I am a young professional who has earned every dollar on my own since 16 and I have had a years worth of issues as do many people, sorry, "young professionals". Sounds like you just have personal issues with being old and making minimum wage. Usually when 90% of the write ups are complaining about the same thing, they are right on.

You like to speculate and group people into a box you have not met. I have spoken to several mature residents that have experienced numerous problems at 1901 West.
I do agree the apartment complex and units look very nice. I am glad you have had a great experience, but yours is a minority. I think it would be fair game to guess you live in one of the two front buildings. The biggest complaint I have heard with those buildings are the elevators. At the resident social, I heard someone got stuck in one for over an hour.
I encourage hard working professionals to not move into this community. Due to the mass exodus, the management is renting apartments for 2/3rds what they were 6 months ago. One-third seems like too big of a difference for a special. I imagine it is in response to loosing incoming and trying to attract a larger potential tentant population.

I agree with the above posters. Just checked online....the one bedroom apartment I pay $1400/month for is now renting for $1199! Obviously they are desperate to get people in here.....don't do it!!

Hmm.. why does this sound like something the staff would say to try to try to make their apartment sound better?
