Definately not worth the money!

My husband and I lived there for 6 months and the gates for the "secure" parking garage were been broken for 5 out of those 6 months. It took 2 weeks to have our dryer fixed even though they claim a 24hr turn around. The washer/dryer units are so bad that the head of maintenance apologized for the units and stated that they chose them because they were cheap. Our kitchen faucet broke twice flooding the cabinet underneath, there are bugs all over the walkways, there were 12 car break ins while we lived there, we ahve repeatedly asked for issues to be handles regarding our move out and the staff has told us every week for 5 weeks that we would be "getting a letter any day." The staff is not helpful when it comes to recognizing and apologizing for their own mistakes and they just try to cover their tracks. It is definately not the "luxury" apartment complex that they advertise. The apartments are not bad and they initially wow you with the common areas, but what they don't tell you when you do you first tour is that to use those common areas you must pay an extra $300. The keys that you are given have broken numerous times when we lived there and we were unable to use those common areas that we paid for because we could not get access to them. All in all - way too much money, built quickly and cheaply, staff is disorganized and need to step up their game.
