Truly do your research and tour the whole area. When you go on a tour- the model in near the office. So you don't get to see the status of the grounds. Residents do not pick up after their pets. And staff does not provide pet stations where dog feces is a problem. This has been going on since before I even started renting (3 managers ago), but did not do my research. There is an awesome pool for the summer time. But try relaxing next to baking dog poop. It's not pleasant. And the staff hasn't seemed to do anything to help remedy the problem. I had to cover my face walking in some areas of the complex. And this could be a health concern, because even dogs can't walk the grounds to poop without stepping in poop. It's disgusting. Don't move here unless you don't ever plan on going outside.
