There are some in the office who are downright careless.
The mail is often wrong and packages do not get delivered to the addressee until "they have the time".
The elevator breaks down often, people are towed in the middle of the night when there is not one business open and the gates in the parking garage do not work because they are cheap.
They claim to be understaffed but are unwilling to rectify that problem by hiring more people.
the staff puts on a good show, but can't live up to it.

Yup. You have to watch the tracking of my package to know when something has arrived. I guess it depends on who accepts the package that day if you get a notice.

Mail is wrong? Are you kidding?! You do realize that is the Post Office and management has nothing to do with it. Packages, it is a nice service that management holds them for you (I've lived places where they wouldn't, too concerned with liability if something happened). I get a lot of packages, and I've never once had any issues getting them from management- they put a notice on my mailbox the day they get the package.
