Not worth it.

At first, this place seems like a great place if you need a cheap place to live. However, anything beyond a temporary home is not worth it. Roaches are a huge problem, and they will be seen in every room within the first year. This is a major problem, since their pest control only sprays the kitchen and sometimes the bathrooms. Noise is often a problem. The walls (and floors) are really thin and the community is pretty bad, so you have people blasing music at all hours. For the apartments that have electricity included, you have almost no control over the a/c. You can turn the units on and off, but the temperature is controled by a centeral unit per building. That typically means at least a month of no a/c when it first gets warm in the spring/summer, and a month of no heat when it first gets cold in the fall. Overall, this has to be the worst place I have ever lived.
