Moving an hour and a half away from your current home can be unnerving. I can tell you from experience. My boyfriend, and my best friend and I found a place at Farragut for cheap. Upon inspecting the place we found roaches in the daytime! Three different species were identified!

When I told the representative she acted shocked and tried to convince us that this was NOT in fact a commonality and that it was due to the fact that they had just renovated. LIES!

Regardless of what they tell you...once twenty apartments become infested...they STAY INFESTED. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. roaches will get in your furniture ....and in everything you own. They can cause children to become ill with asthma like symptoms and the smaller ones are known for getting into ears of sleeping babies.

You will find upon moving in that MANY immigrants are crammed into one tiny apartment. Men stand outside all hours of the night drinking and the place is known for fires. Around Christmas of last year they had a horrible building fire that put many people out of their homes!

After working in the area...a client of mine recieved a "new" comcast box. After hooking it up she called furious to Comcast because her box had a roach nest and her new 250000 dollar house was now infested. Turns out that the box wasnt "new" but was given to her by a lazy employee unawares of the infestation at Admiral Farragut..where he had JUST picked up the box!

Oh...ps... the laundry facilities are located under the building in a poorly lit area with only ONE exit! Good luck if a fire breaks out or you are cornered by a drunk immigrant! You only have brick and a chained metal gate to run into!

just a note for those reading this: we were able to get our money back (entirely!!!) from the management company. We however are STILL waiting for the check after a week and a half so don't tie up your money if you are planning on moving in. I promise you after about a week you Will want to move out.

The laundry facilities has two exits, your apartment building and the one in back or front, depending on your position.
