Admiral Farragut Apartments

Please Read This Before Coming to Admiral Farragut From: MizAra87@aol.com Date posted: 1/19/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   Please do not come to Admiral!!! Run if you can!! I have been living here since December of 2005 and you would think you would not see roaches in the winter or in daylight. The whole community is full of roaches, we called the maintenance to exterminate and 2 hours later you see the roaches again! maintenance people make it seem like they are really exterminating but they are all acting because the roaches are on the small creaks on the wall and underneath the carpeting! There is no escaping it! The Immigrants are bunched up in small apartment drinking at night, and a lot of them are freaking the crap out of me! These perverts trying to talk to me and my girls when we are just going to our apartments! Maintenance doesn't do a a great job because our bathroom ceiling was wet because the second floor had an overflow, so it started leaking and got to our ceiling then the dry wall is melted and when they fixed it was still leaking and now our bathroom ceiling has a beautiful abstract picture.They won't fix anything well for the occupants convenience! We had a little incident one night when my family and I were watching a movie in the living room and there is a sliding door to see the outside, A man without a short and a bloody face looking like he had just beaten up starts banging on the glass sliding door! We were all so freaked! He was speaking in Spanish, so we couldn't understand what he was saying then he started running! That was the last straw, we are moving by the end of this month!The only good thing is that you are near downtown Annapolis and your electric bill and water bill comes with your rent.
