Apartments are spacious enough, though aging and out of date. Management fails to respond in an efficient or professional manner to tenent complaints about things like faulty air conditioning, plumbing, and rodent issues. The complex includes certain convenient amenities, including a workout room and pool and plentiful parking (although snow/ice removal was frequently an issue). The worst problem, however, was leaving! The management attemped to make us pay for several months of rent that we didn't owe and, although our apartment was exceptionally clean we failed to receive our security deposit back. Indeed, we were forced to hire legal counsel to fight with them!
