I am a current resident who moved in 5 months back. I could not check the apartment before I moved in as it was not ready. Once I moved in I found out that the bathroom was not cleaned at all. Then there were dark patches here and there on the carpet and peeling paint at many places. I complained, 4 times and finally they came over and rectified the paint issues. They never bothered to solve the bathroom or carpet issues. When you go talk to them they seem very nice and caring but nothing works once you get out of the rental office. I am just staying there because of my lease agreement. Once thats up I am out of here! Nothing to say about the age of buildings and the creeking floors!
