Bottom line for me: I've rented from a lot of places before but this was easily the worst renting experience of my life. While the place was situated nicely, and the rent not terrible, I'd echo the sentiments here that the office staff was absolutely impossible to deal with. I've always gotten along extremely well with past landlords, but the staff here was consistantly condescending, rude and unflexible. There are better places in the area - I'd avoid this one.
