Don't be fooled by the welcoming you receive upon entering the leasing center. Once you've signed that lease, you no longer will be a priority to them. The managers are uncaring and belittling when you go to them with questions concerning your lease terms. Especially beware if you are young or elderly; you will not be respected.

While there, the security mechanism to our door was broken for several months. The only answer from the management was that they were waiting on parts. Meanwhile, someone broke into the gym and stole the television. The fact that our safety was in jeopardy did not seem to rush the parts.

The bug infestations were always taken care of promptly, as well as if the heating or AC unit failed.
