I lived in Annapolis Rhodes five years ago and it was a great place to live. That was the reason that I chose to rent here again....WHAT A MISTAKE!!!!!!

The buildings are noisy (you can hear everything in the apartments around you), the doors slam and it shakes the building, the maintenance men are rude and so is the office staff (minus Miss Peggy...she is the only nice person here). The tenants don't seem to be working professionals anymore and loud parties are constantly going on until 3 or 4 am. People let their dogs bark on the balconies all day (and they don't pick up after them when they walk them). Kids are running around screaming like banshees without any parent in sight. And if you say anything to anyone they curse at you and threaten you with harm. I am seriously considering breaking my lease just for some peace and quiet and to feel that either myself or my possessions are not in danger of being harmed or damaged.

While you might think that the price is good for the amount of space you get (the apartments are roomy), it isn't worth the constant noise and rudeness of the tenants. It seems like Annapolis Rhodes is rapidly becoming a "slum" area of Annapolis (for lack of a better way to put it). I think it is sad that this complex has deteriorated to this level in less than five years. I don't hold out any hope that the trend will reverse itself any time in the future.
