Absolutely horrible! Manager and staff are rude. The grounds are not maintained very well and the apartments themselves are very old and dated. Parking is horrible and you end up walking a good distance to get to your apartment. Good luck if you bought groceries! Not convenient at all! I would not recommend this property to anyone!

I don't know where you live but this isn't the same Annapolis Roads that I know. I have never had problems finding parking. Yeah that apartments are older but they aren't as expensive as the others in the area. There is a new manager at the office and she has really changed things around her. She knows how to run a property the correct way. Yes the old manager was horrible but you have to meet the new one. The property has done a complete 180 and I would recommend living here to anyone!
