MOLD MOLD MOLD!!!!!! My boyfriend and I just moved out, and we couldn't be happier!!!! The staff is rude and it generally takes them FOREVER to address anything. I was at home recently, when I noticed both of my cats staring intently into our bathroom. Ugh, when I got to the bedroom to see what it was, there was water POURING from the bathroom ceiling from about 8 different points. This happened at about 5:35 p.m. It took the maintenance man almost 2 hours to get there. I had to bring all of my mixing bowls into the bedroom to keep the entire bedroom from flooding. I spent 3 hours attempting to mop and soak and empty the bowls into the tub and I could barely keep up with the gushing water. Once they got there, he told me there wasn't much he could do about my soaking wet carpet. Mind you, this was nothing compared to the time sewage started to come up the plumbing into the tub. ew ew ew ew ew ew. The basement reeks of mold, I've very allergic and got very very sick at several points during the year. Anytime it rained the downstairs hallway flooded over the utility closet making the carpet grow entire colonies of mold Then there was the time I put in a fix it request, four days later I awoke to a random maintenance man shouting hello''' at me from my living room. He didn't even knock and just let himself in, WTF'''' Sharri is condescending and just rude in general. Steve the Maintenance Guy is the only one I liked the whole time we were there. Also the only one who seems capable of getting anything done. Annapolis is lame in general, so glad to be gone......

It's unfortunate there isn't a tenants association in Annapolis. Hallways flood in my apartment community when it rains as well. I think the 2 hour response time was acceptable, but lack of solution is terrible.

Note, the 2 hour response time was not when our hallways flooded but our bathroom ceiling at the other end f our apartment. The maintenance men get free rent to live there and as such are supposed to be on call 24-7 in case of such horrible emergencies like your entire bedroom and bathroom flooding under a few inches of water. Although I did bring the hallway flooding to their attention several times, only to be shrugged off

When did you move out and if don't mind me asking what apartment did you vacate. I am looking at a 2 bedroom apartment now and I noticed a small brown spot in the bedroom ceiling which they indicated was old and the problem was fixed but I am skeptical so I just wanted to get a second opinion.
