what is very interesting about this place is the pet policy. i have a 5 year old (about 10lb dog) and wanted another, so i called, it is not 50lbs per dog, but 50lbs per apartment... so basically i have to combine weight. there is NO other place in annapolis that does this - do your research first if you are an animal person
also beware of certain residents if you do have a dog - might as well take pictures of you picking up their droppings before you are contacted about complaints on not picking it up. no phone call asking about it just a letter believing the complaint.
im really disappointed, my stay here started out great - and has been going way down hill. when my lease is up - thank god which is soon, ill be going somewhere else.
all i can say, is do your research
