Overpriced, and has gone down hill in the last year. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/4/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   Well, we moved in going on 2 years ago. At first, we were happy with the location we had. However, we have had issues with noisy neighbors who like to stay out until 11PM to Midnight being arses for nearly a year now, and all the office does is tell us they'll talk to them. However, every month or so they start being noisy again, and nothing really seems to be done other than "talking" to them. As a bonus, we have had new neighbors move in recently that are even MORE rude than the previous morons (whom still live here), so we are anxiously awaiting our lease to be up. The rent is WAY too high for what you get, electric bills are OUTRAGEOUS, and yes parking does blow as well. You also as a bonus pay for water, which is a joke considering the ridiculous rent they charge. They are nice looking apartments, and it's unfortunate that I'm assuming due to a collapsing economy they are pretty much accepting anyone these days, because the place has defiantly gone downhill in the past 2 years ( as some previous people have also stated). PS): Pray nothing breaks after 5PM or on the weekend, or you are SOL.
