I rented the smallest unit they had almost 2 months ago. The rent was reasonable and the place looked really nice. Before I even moved in, I had a major family crisis and the staff was more than helpful in helping me move to the largest available unit, even letting me postpone my move-in date by a week (when they could have had it moved in and being paid for). They did not charge me the customary "change" fee - something I really appreciated. I look forward to moving in at the end of the week and hope the goodwill continues!
