I'm coming towards the end of my second year here and while the service overall has been decent, the price for the size of the apt I stayed in has become over the top. The appliances are dated and falling apart, parking is pretty bad unless you rent one of the covered parking spots (which I had to do), and the creek right behind the complex makes it smell horrible at night. The staff is nice, however, I'll give them that. The gym is small but adequate, pool area is pretty good. The complex is close enough to the main road that you'll hear all the traffic even from the farthest apt in. Other complexes in Annapolis have already been renovated, I'd look elsewhere at least for now.
