Not a bad place to live except for the Manager, and poor maintenance. The traffic is so bad at times in the morning it takes 40 minutes to cross 3.5 miles.

Not a place to live except for the Manager, and poor maintenance. The traffic is so bad at times in the morning it takes 40 minutes to travle 3.5 miles.
The apartments are pretty old and very
creaky. If you have a choice do not live on the Ground/Patio level. My apartment was flooded with sewer and so was my neighbour's.
We had to move to a motel for a few days and with great haggling the Manager (Ms Sweeter)
agreed to pay only for the Motel and not for any other damages to my personal belongings. She did not even regret that this happened.
So eventually I moved. Ofcourse when I moved she madeup a list of charges so that I do not get back my Deposit, Inspite of me paying $80 to professionally clean the whole single bedroom apartment. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
