I have lived here for more than one year and I like it. I don't know where the designation "luxury" came from but the apartments are nice. I haven't had any problems with noise or thefts or lack of maintenance. The neighbors are pleasant, but they do not meddle.

Nice place to live. However, I would stay away from the ground floor. The outside door during the winter is drafty. I would try to get an apt. on the pool side.
