I lived in Forest Hills for approx: 3 years. The 1st couple of years were much better that the last. Living on the bottom floor was not the best. Cricktets come in during the fall months and nothing was done. I could hear the residents of the unit above me walking, their television, telephone conversations and during their intimate moments. The parking is basically non existent. There were numerous car break ins and car thefts. Women were assaulted and there basically no lights on the outside of the building. The inside in the apartment was not the best. The kithen floor was coming up. Their was mold in the bathroom that was never properly cared for by maintenance. The managment leaves the memos on your door and on a board. That to me is so GHETTO. The current managment appears to be all about money and not like a community like the previous owner. I would avoid moving into this community.
