In as few words as possible, This complex sucks!!!
Parking is the worst I have ever seen. Once you get home from work and find a spot, you can't leave because there won't be one there when you get back if it is after 5 pm.
Maintenance is slow. In the winter the walk ways are dangerous with ice and plowing is poor.
The office/management will lie to your face about everything, especially the amount of parking. 24 apartments have 23 parking places. Evidently, management didn't do their math.
Management can break your lease as many times as they want, you however, can't do it once.
The noise levels in the apartments are out of this world. It seems the walls and floors have the thickness of construction paper, you can hear and smell everything your neighbors do.
The laundry room is dirty, smells horrible and is a favorite place for pot smoking. Other tenants and non tenant people take shortcuts through the entry way and laundry rooms to other parts of the complex.
We had the chance to recommend this complex to a company who relocated their business headquarters to Annapolis, but when they asked where we rented we told them to stay away from Forest Hills.
Save yourselves the aggreviation and frustration and avoid Forest Hills.
I wish we could give ratings below one star.
