Although well lit, crime is escalating. There have been 2 shootings and a stabbing in the first two months of this year.

Roaches are everywhere, be prepared to empty all of your kitchen cabinets (food, appliances, dishes etc.), and bathroom cabinets for two consecutive weeks every quarter so that they can exterminate. It never really helps, so make sure to have some roach spray on hand. It's embarassing having roaches in your home when company comes over. You can bleach and scrub all you want, your new insect friends will always return.

Constant music noise above and to the side. So much so that I can make out the dialog on the TV upstairs.

We have seen about 3 apt. managers come and go in less than two years. The last one was fired for renting apartments to undocumented illegals.

On the plus side, maintenance personel have been great, very professional and friendly.
