This place is awful. They wont show you any of the actual apartements. They tell you the office it the model. As bad as the office is the other apartments are even worse. Shared laundry rooms with no security mean people tend to come in and steal chlothes so you have to stay in the laundry room with your chlothes for the 1.5-2 hours it takes to wash and dry them.

Parking sucks. Mostly because the neighbors are completly inconsiderate and will park right up on you and think nothing of scraching or denting your car so they can get out of thir $600 POS Astro Van.

Loud music throughout the night and people hanging out on the stoops. Not to mention rampant drug use. I can normally smell the marajuana as I come home each day.

The price is one of the cheapest in annapolis and this is why. The main street that feeds into the complex is also very busy at all hours and is dangerous to get in and out of unless you use the very rear entrance.

Roaches are everywhere, thier spraying and constant "inspections" make you feel like your living under a microscope. I managed to take care of the roach problem by spending about $40 on baits and roach sprays. After about 2 weeks I managed to elimate them myself. Maybe I should bill them seeing as how they bill you $50 if you dont leave your alarm off and your door open. For the inspections they will just break in if you leave the deadbolt locked.

I could go on all day, just do yourself a favor and stay away.

The maintence team here is the only thing that is top notch, fast polite and responsive, I feel bad they have such and awful place to maintain.
