As someone who has lived in various communities, HarbourGates is the first apartment complex that I have lived in and would recommend to others.
The location is great, close to Route 50 and the Annapolis Mall, and only 4 miles from downtown.
There is a gym on premises with plenty of equipment as well as a sauna, hot tub and indoor/outdoor pools.
Everything is convenient; there is always plenty of parking, a washer/dryer in unit, and the apartments sizes are more than sufficient.
The staff is always considerate and goes out of their way to be sure you are happy.
If you need any assistance the maintenance is at your service, although I have never needed to call them since moving day. I have also never seen a bug in my apartment.
Overall I have enjoyed my living experience at HarbourGates and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live in the Annapolis area.
