I currently am renting for my 2nd year at Harbour Gates. Im actually really happy with living arrangements here.





My 1st apartment did have an issue with whatever smell was nextdoor came right over into my apartment whether it were cigarette smoke, food ... etc. Maintenance came right over and tried to fix the problem. When they were unable to correct it with us living there, they offered us another apartment at no additional charge. Thankfully the menace next door moved out the following week so we didnt have to move.





I currently am renting a larger apartment and as others have stated, there was an issue with 2 children and a rather large dog making a terrible amount of noise upstairs. I wrote a letter to the leasing office and it was taken care of immediately.





Any issues with insects we have had, they have taken care of immediately. The staff is very friendly and even welcome us with warm hugs to the leasing office. It is a great place and I recommend this complex to anyone. The apartments are newly renovated and are absolutely beautiful. The dog/walk path is just beautiful.





Parking normally isnt a problem. I just have issues with people owning motorcycles and parking them in all the spaces directly in front of the buildings when they dont ride them every day.





I definitely recommend this place to anyone who looks at it. It is rather expensive, but worth every penny.
