I'm on my second year. I moved in because of their liberal pet policy. When I moved in the policy was any two pets (cat/dog) regardless of size with some breed limitations.

I have and will continue to recommend the complex to anyone I know.

It's quiet in my stairwell so I can't relate to that issue.
