Well, I finally got out of my lease and moved out of Horrible Gates!! I have never been soo unhappy in my entire life. What a nightmare. My upstairs neighbors will now have someone else to harass with their constant stomping and slamming around. If you want quiet don't move here. Four of my neighbors were either moving or getting ready to move when I did. Management at Harbour Gates does not care if you leave, they will rent to some other poor unsuspecting person soon. Pay a fortune for a TINY, NOISY, poorly maintained unit. You can be harassed by inconsiderate neighbors for an enormous rental fee. The final blow came when I received my refund of my deposit. I paid a "concession" to get out of my lease a month early. I paid it with my final months rent. Then Kay Managment deducted it AGAIN from my refund. Needless to say I had to contact them and get it straightened out. What a pain! Don't rent here unless you are young and don't need much sleep and are out all the time. It's KIDDIE CITY!!

So you're blaming the complex for neighbors and the neighbors for having kids? It sounds sound like management was directly responsible for anything or than the billing mix-up.
