This place sucks!!! Too much $$$$ for the hassle of living here. Noisy, agree about the dogs, plus neihbors are loud. Cars outside honking horns all night and moring to pick up illegals for work. Annapolis Paiting is outside my window every morning at 6 honking away. Very small apts, no storage. Never a quiet moment here. They are converting the cheaper apts in Annapolis to condos so all the illegals are heading here. WAtch out and go elsewhere.
