My neighbor below is writting weekly complaints about too much noise coming from my apartment, his claims are totally false and fabricated I think he must have something against me, but management has told me I have to move to another apartment (and pay for the entire move, go through all the hassel of changing addresses etc) even though there have no no other comlpaints from anyone but him. Even by allowing me to move to another apartment they are acknologing that I am not the problem, otherwise they would have asked me to leave.
So if you move here and wanna be vidictive and get smeone kicked out of there apartment this is the perfect place, all you have to do is complain three times, and without any question your neighbor will be asked to move.
I think it is totally rediculas, I have never had such a problem in any of the three other apartmennts I have rented and am shocked by the managments handling of the issue.
Besides that, there is no linen closet no closet for a vacum cleaner etc. annd the closet doors are extremly outdated, DONT BE FOOLED by the model, ask to see the actual apartment first, they are not the same.
And t think I could of rented a whole house for the same amount of money. I absolutley HATE it here.
Not that i would submit a formal complaint to the office, but you can hear ever step the person above you makes with a creeking of wood boards. (Extremley cheap construction)
