Anyone interested in taking action, pls. respond.
I just came out of a lease for 6 months living here with 2 roommates. Don't get me wrong the Apt. complex is nice, however Kay Management sucks. From the day we moved in the dryer was broken, along with the dishwasher. After (count them) 5 calls to service the DRYER STILL DOES NOT WORK, AND WE WERE NEVER GIVEN A REPLACEMENT. And I'm sure the poor sap who moves in after will deal with the same problem...not only that it doesnt work, but it makes a horrible screeching sound the whole time.
The dishwasher overflowed, and leaked first 3 times we used it, till we got it serviced. When they turned on the AC for the change of seasons, either the compressor or some unit leaked and flooded the rug in our department along with our belongings in the apt, best of all the janitors blamed us for "tampering" when we don't even know what was "tampered" with, and NOONE was around the weekend that it happened, go figure.
All in all, Kay management has not offered to help us in any way, no compensation, no apology...best of all we are stuck with being blamed for actions we never did, and very high electric bills, and laundromat costs. Not to mention damaged goods.
I am sure most of the apartments are just fine, but we must have got the 'lemon' of the apt. complex. There is one repectful employee that they have working there, who 'tried' to help, but obviously her hands were tied. Word to the wise, just take pictures and document everything, you never know.

I've been here for a year. I've needed to call for a dryer repair once- they arrived and fixed it within 1/2 an hour. My water heater leaked- they were here within 1/2 again and did a temporary fix since it was a Sunday, then replaced it the next day. I have no complaints at all.
