I will not go into the recent murder(s), nor will I go into the armed robbery again! I will not go into the break-ins or fights! I will however go into the fact that this site was created to WARN potential tennants about how good or bad a place is.

WHY does the office staff have to keep posting FAKE articles about how good this place is' All the real reviews from tennants who LIVE HERE are negative!

SO go ahead and put another negative response to what I am saying Kay Management. I am simply trying to warn others about this place and IT IS NOT A PLACE TO TELL HOW GREAT THE APPLIANCES WERE FROM THE 1970'S!

Maintenance staff is good!

Lastly- Please do not waste your money here! There are better places try Stone Point Apartments or somewhere else. Good luck

Here we go again with people who live in a cloud. What community do you know that is responsible for you vehicle please tell me? If you think that this comminity is so unsafe because you car got broken into you are wrong. This could have happened anywhere I wonder if it would have been a big deal if it was your neigbors car? As far as your son playing outside? have you ever heard of a playground they is no where for him to play. You sound like a mother that needs to stop watching Jerry Springer and do more outside activities with your son. As far as the cigarette buds and other things that you notice how come you never notice that the appliances in the apartments were from 1970 since you have a eye for detail. Remeber your son is going to grow up one day and the same thing that you are doing is going to happen to you. Be careful what you ask for you just might get it. Buy a house and move on life is to short and with all your concerns you just wasted a whole week. You are the type of person that talks behind your back but not face to face so move on cut your loses you have a problem with the truth but luckily life doesn't good luck you will need it.

Amen to anonymous above who responded to the comment! People in apartments just want to be "babied" If your car got broken into at a shopping center would you deem the entire shopping center unsafe and somehow their fault?

MURDER/SUICIDE WHAT NEXT??? IT IS HORRIBLE AND KEEPS GETTING WORSE!! WHAT DOES KAY MANAGEMENT HAVE TO SAY NOW?? DONT WORRY ABOUT THAT, THEY WILL RESPOND LIKE NORMAL! People are definitley entitled to their own opinion. It is a shame that you( the original author) has had such a bad experience here( Harbour Gates)! There have been a few un-pleasant situations here at Harbour Gates lately- I definitley agree! However the "Murder-Suicide" for example was a domestic situation as stated in the newspaper's & Harbour Gates cannot be held responsible for that. As far as the armed robbery? Again- an isolated incident which also happened around Christmas time at The Annapolis Mall! Do you hold The Annapolis Mall responsible as well? The world is a bad place no matter where you live- desperate measures are more common than when we were kids.When the resident was "mugged" a letter DID go out to all of the resident's making them more aware of what happened & to be more aware of suspicious people. I hope where ever you are now, you are happy. Maybe then you can put all of your negative experiences living at Harbour Gates behind you and move on.....

The murder/suicide was a domestic case & didn't pose any safety risks to any of the residents. The holocaust shooter lived in the next court over from me, but the dude was staying with his son & wasn't even on the lease. I called up to Kay Management asking how this guy with priors got a lease but they said he wasn't on the lease. I beleive it, he was a whack job. Seriously the ants suck but get some ant spray & they'll go away you seriously get that problem everywhere. The neighbors are all really nice *except the old dude downstairs from me that complains about noise too much* w/e. there will always be "the old grouchy neighbor" - the office ladies are wonderful, the gym & pool kicks ass & the walking trails are well lit & unbeatable around here. I love this place, not to mention they have poop bags for dog owners that seems to help control the feces- I like Harbour Gates, it's wayyyy better than Gatewater in Glen Burnie. At least you have enough parking spaces for Guests & don't have to worry about getting towed. I love Harbour Gates & I AM A RESIDENT. THANKS.
