-decent gym
-no problems parking
-nice staff
-indoor/outdoor pool
-close to everything (mall; downtown; exit to 50)
-maintenance is sometimes quick to repair
-grounds are maintained nicely
-staff was flexible when moving in
-place was clean when moving in
-some tenants are nice
car wash facilities were nice

---CONS---
-some tenants are not nice
-nowhere to grill or public green area
-lots of dogs here could be pro if you like dogs
-small pools
-a bit pricey (about $2/sq. ft.) 1230 for 1 bdrm/1 bath
-noisy: thin walls allow to hear what your neighbor is doing (washing clothes, coughing, talking.)
-neighbors with dogs that bark nonstop; ghetto neighbors with ample amounts of cursing, about 30 doves and big barking dogs behind apartments. They love to drink outside on work nights and let you know they having a fun time.
-outdated appliances except microwave which looks like it may be from this century!
-inefficient A/C: runs all day in summer to maintain @ only 80 degrees;
-lazy staff: never got notice for rent increase TO THIS DAY, even after requesting it 3 times; took 3 trips to rental office to activate my gym pass.
-location is close to fire house; hear fire trucks throughout day and night.
-no prior warning from maintenance about coming into apartment; usually just a knock and then they come in. they also love to leave cigarette butts in front of your door to let you know they were there that day.
-fast and the furious wannabes in some buildings: nights often include these clowns revving their engines; peeling out; doughnuts
-car wash facilities consist of garden hose; vacuum that works sometimes; used to have a threaded bid to put your own nozzle on. People who don't live there often use it.
