I absolutely love my apartment! I love the location because it is literally 4 minutes to everywhere. It's minutes from downtown Annapolis too! The management office staff are very friendly and helpful. When I first went in to get the apartment I immediately felt welcomed here. After I signed the lease, on my first day I was greeted with a goodie box, which was a super friendly touch.
Of course you can't judge the apartment when you are signing the lease because they want you to sign that lease. The real test of the management office is when something goes wrong. I had an issue with my shower head and dishwasher in that they were clogged. On Sunday I asked Mary if she could please fix it, and on Monday when I got home from work at 3:30 it was fixed. That just made me feel even more happy about my decision. The exercise equipment broke and it was a week to fix, which I think is amazing.
I'm on the bottom level and I don't hear anything at all. It's very quiet and peaceful. The neighbors are nice and dog lovers like me! I'm grateful for such a nice apartment. Thanks Kay Management!

gee, I wonder if this is management pretending to be a tenant since every recent review has been horrible. Rent at Harbour Gates... if you like the idea of PAYING to live in what is in effect Section 8 Housing.

Okay, I've lived here for almost two years. I Strongly agree with what the original writer had to say. I AM NOT MANAGEMENT!!! Face it mann, crime happens everywhere especially now that times are tough. If you want more BANG for your buck then move to Newtown 20, Tyler Avenue or Clay Street. If your not happy here then LEAVE!!! Nobody wants you here if your not happy, but then again, who cares if your happy. We are happy. LEAVE!!!

To the first comment, Section 8....REALLY? Have you actually ever been to a section 8 community? I grew up in Charles County where most nice neighborhoods are surrounded by a section 8 neighborhood. Go visit. Harbour Gates is a far cry from section 8 housing. If you are so unhappy that you can't see that some people are happy at harbour gates, it sounds like a personal issue, not an issue with the management. Grow up and move on.
