I can't wait until my lease is up

Upon initial inspection of an apt, not the one I leased, it seemed to be a pleasant environment. A few months after moving into my apt I noticed that a lot of tenants were moving out of my bldg. There must have been some rent special because a few months into my tenancy because there were an influx of new tenants. I discovered that the apartment has a serious mold problem around the stand alone shower. I have requested that this problem be corrected on several occassions and all that was done was more caulk was put on top of the problem. The appliances are old and outdated. Parking is horrible if you get home after 7pm and heaven forbid if it snows, the snow blow will mound snow right in front of the parking spaces. And to top it all off I must live above children that have gymnastic practice at home everyday. I have not had one peaceful day in this appartment since I moved here. I really feel for the tenants below them. The floors creek and I hear every step the tenants above me make. If your considering this community please keep looking.

Wow. You're review is ridicules. I read how you lived in the apt for several months...then saw mold around the shower. Funny. Um....DID YOU CLEAN IT? Its your responsibilty to CLEAN YOUR OWN SHOWER. Mold is a natural thing that will happen over time. Did you really want someone to clean your shower after you've been there for several months? Thats crazy! Grow some balls and clean your own ----.
Oh....and I have never lived somewhere where plows dont come through and push snow in "your" parking space. Its annoying yes. But they all do it. Don't like it? Complain to every towing company in America....not the complex.
Oh...and I don't work here like you probably think. I live here and there are some (small) issues but nothing more. Your complaints are petty

You know, I just moved in, and I don't have a full opinion on Harbour Gates yet, but its way better then what I came from. And I have to agree with the above comment, you can fix the mold problem yourself. Its not managements responsibility to come clean your shower. And the parking, honestly, that is an issue at most apartments unless you have assigned spots. Same with the noise. There are certain things that you just have to expect as part of apartment living. Yea, harbour gates is not perfect and I'm sure there are nice places, but you have to do the best with what you have. And no, I don't work for Kay Management. And before I moved signed a lease, I knocked on random neighbors doors to see what they thought about it, and no one said anything negative beyond the things you have to deal with at any apartment complex. Nothing is perfect. Make do with what you have.
