I've lived here for six months and cannot wait to move out. It looked really nice here when I first moved in and the price was great compared to others apts, but now I don't think its worth it. The place holds heat like a tent. I've been freezing all winter but my BGE bill is still over 200 a month. And with the paper thin walls comes the noise. I hear every shower, vacuum, flush. And hope you love dogs. I hear the one above me all day every day. Parking is terrible. I swear no one ever goes anywhere after 6.

I had the same problem with the windows, and that is really my only complaint about harbour gates. Go to Lowes or Home Depot and buy adhesive weather strip. I have used it in every apartment and dorm room that I've ever lived in. It takes care of the problem easily, is really cheap and easy to remove when you move out.

Right on on the noise. I used to have midshipman for neighbors and every weekend, they would have parties and I would hear the different pairs going at it. Paper thin walls like in Office Space. You can have a conversation with your neighbors through the wall.
