Highly recommend HarbourGates. Apartment: A little noise floor above, not more than any other complex. Bright apts with balconies and W/D in units. Kitchen equipment current enough. A/C / Forced Air heat at acceptable / low noise level. People very friendly, residents and office staff. ------ Murder was a domestic dispute. Other incidents mentioned by reviewers (one isolated mugging) can happen anywhere, and Kay Management promptly advised people. Very quiet otherwise and safe to walk areas even after dark. Responsive maintenance support. No rodents. Choice of Cable or Sat TV (you pay, if in the right apt to receive).
Bottom line: Recommend with above caveats. Kay Management: Apparently an olde fashion business: "They don't take your money, they earn it."
