The office staff is untrained and rude

I had a bad experience with the office staff being condescending and down right rude. They will charge you extra for anything they can, be sure to document everything, and get it in writing from them. They say one thing one minute and change it later. That goes for rent quotes, and money matters as well. Be careful!
