The walls, ceilings, and floors are paper thin. I used to hear my neighbors going at it every night, neighbors above me walking around and the old man downstairs complaining about my war movies. Parking is so, so. The little gym is ok. Indoor pool and jacuzzi and outdoor pool. (with kids swimming around in the diapers in the pool) I've never had nor seen crime in my time there. There was a murder on Admiral drive but was a isolated incident. Oh, I almost forgot. If you choose to live there make sure you get a apt. with a washer/dryer. In the laundry facility, one of the ghetto residents decided to take a (rhymes with "it") in one of the washing machines and left a note to the fact (that was nice of him). One of my neighbors used to get her panties stolen out of the dryer on a regular basis and walking to the laundry facility is a hike esp. in winter. I'd recommend Stone Point or Conte Lubrano Apt's in my opinion. I've been living in Annapolis for years and thought that was the nicest one.
