Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I moved in to Regatta 7 months ago and has been the best apartment/condo experience I have had.

If you like an upscale, white-collared community, this is the place for you. I rarely ever see any screaming kids running around and anytime I have a friend come over, they comment how exotic it is.
