I live in a one bedroom in Regatta Bay. Although it is a small one bedroom, it has tons of storage place and is great for one person. There is storage in the bathroom 2 cabinets, 3 drawers, a big walk in and about 8 sets of huge cabinet in the kitchen. Tons of storage.

My experience has been wonderful and have even met friends. There are fun social events and though I haven't taken full advantage- I see many groups of friends hanging out often.

A great place to live, a commuters dream, everything is close by.

My only complaint is the parking, and not enough sidewalks in the area. It is a bit challenging to go for a run, but that is more Annapolis than the community. The 24 hour gym alleviates that problem. I was really able to enjoy that.
