I agree with some others on this board that the neighbors, staff and maintenance are very nice. What is very bad however is the conditions under which one lives when renting here. For the very expensive price of rent you get a very cheap apartment -- from the inside. All appliances are barely good enough to donate. The oven has never been even or calibrated regardless of the maintenance crews attempts. The sinks are not secured, the bathroom doors were so crroked they wouldn't even close when I first moved in..... and so on.
I would not recommend living here.
