Parking is horrendous. Very difficult to park near your apartment. People often illegally park because of this, blocking fire hydrants, etc. Trash facilities are not adequate to hold weekend trash. They need to increase the frequency of pickup. Noise from adjacent apartments is easily heard. Applicances are as cheap as you can get. Toilets frequently leak. There is a strong odor that comes from the woods behind the apartments. Often this smell permeates to the apartment. Staff was initially friendly, but recently staff changes have left the office a relatively unfriendly place to be. Not as safe as some people claim here. DEA drug bust in one apartment last summer that required about 15 agents with police backup. Nice to know what some of you neighbors are up to. Do your homework and find a better place. Price per square foot your getting is ridiculous. Only reason I'm here was I needed something quick and had to stay longer than I thought. I think most other folks are in the same situation which leads to a very transient group of renters with little concern about others.
