too small, high rent, management rude From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/25/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   My apartment had a major leak that ruined hundreds of dollars of my belongings. I didn't even try to get that money out of them, it was hard enough trying to get them to replace the moldy carpet caused by the leak. One of our bedrooms was totally un-usable for the month it took them to fix the mess. They were so unorganized throughout the entire process, nobody ever knew what was going on and they would not return our calls. Management is very rude. The apartments are very small and very expensive. I would not recommend this complex to anyone for price alone.
